Please don't shop for an animal when there are so many wonderful animals to be adopted. Adopting also tends to cost less, and is really a good deal when you consider that the animal is up-to-date with shots and spayed/neutered, and an office visit/check-up is included. Not only that, your animal's adoption fee also helps to house, feed, and care for other animals that come to the shelter. So when you adopt, you are not only helping the animal that you adopt, but many others too, and that's got to make you feel good!
